Student responsiblities to maintain the guarantee:

  • Must train 2 flight missions per day 5 days a week ( No less than 40 missions per month on average.)
  • Must make up any lost flight time due to illness, weather or maintenance that week on average.
  • Must also fly at least 1 flight per day while attending ground school.
  • Must take and pass all exams when they are scheduled.
  • Must show up prepared and on time for everyscheduled event as per the FOM.
  • Must study everyday even when no homework is assigned.
  • Must pass ground school on first attempt.
  • Must have appropriate money available to maintain the block rate for training at all times.
  • Must pass at least 85% of ALL missions on first attempt.

Provisions:

  • If student is sick for an extended period of time (more than 2 days) a doctor's note must be presented upon return to training.
  • Student will not fail any one stage check, checkride or EOC more than 2 times.
  • Student cannot be fighting, cheating or breaking any federal laws or school rules as posted in the SOP and FOM.
  • Student must fly the aircraft listed to receive the price guarantee as listed.
  • Student must comply with all the above responsibilities and provisions or the contract will be rewritten.

Notes:

  • Fuel surcharges are subject to change with fuel price changes. Fuel is included up to $3.50/ Gal.
  • Above figures reflect costs for hours of flight and instructor time as noted, we do not guarantee student will obtain all anticipated ratings in specified time.
  • Housing & Transportation beyond 6 months will be charged at the current monthly rate.
  • Transportation from and to DFW International Airport is $100 each way.
  • The Program Pricing is subject to change if all conditions of the payment schedule are not met.
  • TSA, fingerprints and any other government fees not included in total price.
  • If student's weight is more than 200 lbs. than student will have to fly the C172 increasing course cost by $4,500.
  • Switching out Cessna aircraft for Diamond aircraft will increase course cost by about $5,000
