US Aviation Academy offers several programs to get you trained and ready for a career as a pilot. Our recommended programs for professional pilot training are listed below. If you are looking for individual courses to supplement training you have already completed, please review our courses page or contact us for a customized training plan.
These are all start to finish programs, ideal for domestic students who have had no previous training and do not currently hold any licenses. All three of the programs include private pilot license, instrument rating, single engine commercial rating, multi engine commercial rating, and certified flight instructor.
By earning your CFI as well as your commercial certifications you have the opportunity to work as a flight instructor and build the hours needed to land the commercial job you want. US Aviation hires 98% of our graduates who pass their certified flight instructor courses. Flight instructors at US Aviation build flight time quickly in single engine and multi engine aircraft as well as the possibility of instructing in our multi enginge turbo prop aircraft.
By including CFI programs in our training, we help you quickly accumulate the hours and experience needed to land a job as a commercial airline pilot.
This program includes the fundamental courses you need as a professional pilot and more. The 0-CFI Professional Pilot Program will put you on the fast track to becoming a certified flight instructor, so you can begin training students for their single engine commercial and private certificates. As an instructor, you are able to quickly gain the valuable experience and flight time needed for a career as a commercial airline pilot.

This program includes everything listed above in the basic 0-CFI Professional Pilot Program…plus an additional course to obtain your Certified Flight Instructor Instrument Rating. This additional course will allow you to train students for their instrument rating as well as for their single engine commercial and private certificates.

This program is for students who already hold a Commercial Pilot Certificate and want to become a Certified Flight Instructor. The Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) Program focuses on the fundamentals of instruction, giving you an opportunity to practice and hone your teaching skills while gaining a deeper understanding of previous courses. This certificate allows you to give flight and ground instruction, endorse students to take practical and written exams, and give flight reviews.
