Funding

We must have documentation reflecting adequate funds required for the full price of training (based on pricing quote). Please upload these documents below. This documentation can be any of the following or a combination of the following:

a. Bank statement issued no more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of the application:
- Must be on the official letterhead of the financial institution
- Must reflect the name of the account holder
- Must indicate the currency being used for calculation (preferably US currency, but not required)

b. Loan approval document issued no more than sixty (60) days prior to the date of the application
-Must be on the official letterhead of the financial lending institution
- Must reflect the name of the account holder
- Must indicate the currency being used for calculation (preferably US currency, but not required)

c. If a sponsor is paying for an individuals training, we must have a letter of financial responsibility from that sponsor, along with proof of identification of the sponsor (i.e. passport, driver license, green card, etc…)

Do I need an I-20 Form?

If you live outside the United States, you must complete the I-20 form in order to receive an M-1 Visa. The M-1 visa allows you to complete your studies with US Aviation Academy. If you are a foreign student currently receiving training at another institution in the United States with an M-1 visa and would like to transfer to US Aviation Academy, you will need to complete a new I-20 form.

You are eligible to apply for an I-20 form if:

  • You have been accepted to US Aviation Academy for training
  • You have submitted the appropriate fees ($250)
  • You have spoken to the US Aviation Academy Admissions Representative
  • You have documents supporting your financial capability
